Brian's Books & Things operates an online bookstore and merchandise shop offering books, including signed books, as well as related merchandise, collectibles, buttons, magnets, and other products. We may also advertise, organize, or participate in book signings, readings, meet-and-greets, and other events.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, add, or remove products, services, website features, prices, promotions, and these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe the products offered through our website. However, colors, dimensions, appearance, packaging, signatures, and other characteristics may vary slightly from photographs or descriptions.

Hand-signed books and handmade, individually produced, or customized merchandise may contain minor variations. Such variations are normal and do not necessarily constitute defects.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, cancel listings, or refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, sales, and promotions may be changed or discontinued without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed during checkout when applicable.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel an order resulting from an obvious pricing, description, inventory, or technical error. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Brian's Books & Things reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. Shipping

Orders requiring shipment will be sent to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Brian's Books & Things is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, shipping companies, weather, natural disasters, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should promptly contact Brian's Books & Things regarding products that arrive damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy displayed on this website and by applicable law.

Unless a specific inscription, personalization, edition, condition, or other characteristic is expressly included in the product description or confirmed by Brian's Books & Things, customers should not assume that such a characteristic is included with their purchase.

Brian's Books & Things may advertise or participate in book signings, readings, meet-and-greets, markets, library appearances, and other events.

Event dates, times, locations, participating individuals, availability of merchandise, and other details may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, submitting an RSVP through this website does not guarantee seating, merchandise availability, admission, or a particular place in line.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original text, graphics, logos, artwork, photographs, designs, product designs, branding, and other original content appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Brian's Books & Things and/or their respective copyright or trademark owners.

The purchase of a book, image, button, magnet, or other product does not transfer any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights associated with that product or its content.
